安省快速通道：技工类移民

安省2017年5月31日推出了技工类移民项目。对在安省从事技工类工作1年以上的申请人发放申请移民的意向。申请人需要先进入联邦快速通道的池子，然后安省会给申请人加600分保送邀请。移民流程（省提名和联邦）通常会在1年内审理完毕。目前发放意向是不定期，且有分数限制的。2021年邀请两次，最低的EE分数分别为300和434分。

申请人通常是通过加拿大经验类移民CEC或者联邦技术移民FSW进入快速通道池子的，所以并不需要符合联邦技工类移民中雇主担保和证书的要求，参考快速通道页面。

申请条件

申请人正持有合法的工签居住在安省，并且打算永久居住在安省

过去2年内，在安省从事技工类职业1年以上，技工类职业附后

英语或法语水平在CLB 5级以上，对雅思培训类来说，是指同时满足听力5分、阅读4分、写作5分、口语5分

如果从事特定的技工类职业要求证书，那么申请人应当持有安省政府颁发的技工证书

申请人有足够的资金，对于正在安省工作的申请人来说，资金要求可以得到豁免
